Greatly enjoyed my double room with a comfortable bed, the ceiling fan plus free water. The location was great and unbeatable yet it was a few steps away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

the hotel was in the very central setting -close to everything downtown. comforts of well-maintained and updated family room with balcony were fabulous.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, just a short walk from everything we wanted to explore. the hotel is conveniently situated about 10 minutes from the city center, making it easy to access various attractions. the rooms offered a fairly quiet atmosphere and came with a lovely balcony, and the staff was incredibly patient and accommodating.

the staff are very good and understanding, managed the parking nearby.

I enjoyed my stay for one night. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was patient and top-notch. I dined at a great restaurant serving delicious Mexican food. the atmosphere was peaceful, and the bathrooms were nice. the hotel’s location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from Niagara Golf Trail.

Everything was perfect, amazing location just off historic queretaro, polite staff. We had an EXCEPTIONAL service, clean and immaculate room with indoor open patio, a most excellent shower plus good WiFi.

The location was very central, particularly good in the heart of the old city. Had nice dainties at Cafe Mane, located only a short distance to the hotel.

This place is absolutely charming and located in a beautiful area adjacent to historic sites, with historic building and rooms featuring balconies.

The rooms here have windows that look out to the outside, which we really liked.
